Orrick today announced the addition of M&A and Private Equity partner Bryan Gadol to our Orange County office, growing our Southern California corporate platform.
Bryan is a trusted advisor to companies, PE funds and family offices in tech, medical device, beauty, healthcare, consumer products, and manufacturing. He guides investors and companies at all stages in the corporate life-cycle, including M&A and private equity, securities transactions, reorganizations and other corporate matters.
Bryan joins a team of about 100 lawyers in our three Southern California offices (Orange County, Los Angeles and Santa Monica) focused on companies in the tech & innovation, energy & infrastructure and finance sectors.

Bryan is the OC chairman for Gen Next, a non-profit. He also serves on the ABA’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, the ABA Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee and the ABA Angel Venture Capital Committee. He is a regular speaker and author on a variety of M&A and private equity topics.
