Orrick announced today that PPP authority Vincent Casey has returned to the firm as a partner in our Energy & Infrastructure Group, based in New York. Vincent joins from Ashurst, where he served as Managing Partner for U.S. offices. He previously practiced with Orrick’s PPP team, which is Chambers Band 1 ranked (2018), for eight years through 2014.

Vincent has over 20 years of experience advising on innovative public private partnerships and other project financings in the U.S. and Latin America. His practice covers all aspects of infrastructure and energy, including roads, airports, water facilities, social infrastructure and wind farms. Most recently, Vincent led the financings on several projects, including the $4.9 billion Los Angeles International Airport Automated People Mover project, the Denver Airport Great Hall project and the I-66 tolled expansion project in Virginia. His clients include the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Fluor, Cintra – Ferrovial and Plenary.

In addition, the firm’s project finance and energy work in Latin America is consistently ranked in Legal 500 Latin America and Chambers Latin America.
