Amy Ansbro, an associate in the London office, is a member of the Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Amy has experience advising on a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including High Court litigation and professional discipline proceedings.

Amy joined Orrick as a trainee in August 2015 and also has experience working in the Finance, Restructuring, Corporate, Employment and Real Estate groups.

    • Acting for a leading accountancy firm in relation to tax disputes arising from investments into film finance schemes.
    • Acting for a Big Four accountancy firm in defence of regulatory proceedings brought against it by the FRC in relation to its audit of a large multinational facilities management and construction services company.
    • Acting for a Big Four accountancy firm in High Court proceedings in defence of claims relating to breach of assumption of responsibility and conspiracy to injure.
    • Advising property development companies in Commercial Court proceedings related to the Cypriot property market.
    • Advising Ocean Rig UDW Inc. in relation to the restructuring of approximately $4.2 billion of debt though four interconnected Cayman Islands schemes of arrangement.
