Alessandra Quattrini is Special Counsel of the Rome office and member of the Orrick Litigation Group.
She is an expert in administrative law, both in litigation and in extrajudicial consultancy.
In particular, her experience focus public procurement (works, supplies and services), project finance, public utility services, infrastructure and transport; construction and urban planning, public health; expropriations; landscape constraints; cultural heritage; public service; regional law and local authorities and in-house companies and environmental law.
She is also an expert of the evaluation of the publicity profiles in the procedures for the acquisition, merger and sale of companies.
She is the author of several publications on public law and administrative justice.
Before joining Orrick, she was Partner in Carnelutti Law Firm and Crisci Law Firm.
She regularly teaches administrative law at important Italian universities and she is frequently invited as a speaker at numerous conferences and conventions.
She was invited as an expert during the hearings at the Senate of the Italian Republic for the reform of the Public Procurement Code.
She was member in 1995 of the Cabinet of the Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Industry, Rome.
She was also responsible for the administrative litigation department of the Legal Office of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", from 1992 to 2003.
She is enrolled at the register of the lawyers entitled to represent clients before the Italian Supreme Courts (Albo Cassazionisti).
