Lacey Bangle helps companies and individuals navigate a range of civil and criminal matters, including government investigations and enforcement actions, internal investigations, shareholder disputes, securities litigation, and a variety of complex civil litigation.
Lacey’s corporate investigation experience includes federal program theft, insider trading, False Claims Act, and Anti-Kickback Statute investigations. She has also represented clients in a range of government enforcement actions, including those brought by the SEC, DOJ, and state regulators.
Lacey has broad complex litigation experience, frequently handling claims of fraud, securities law violations, breaches of fiduciary duties, and breaches of contract, among others. Lacey has litigated in a variety of federal and state courts and represented clients in international arbitrations.
Lacey’s pro bono work has included briefing and arguing an appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, first-chair representation of clients at administrative hearings, advising non-profit clients on compliance matters, and assisting a woman serving a life sentence in gaining parole after 34 years in prison.
