With an extensive experience and a deep understanding of the real estate market, Francesco regularly advises national and international institutional investors, funds, developers and managers in the context of real estate purchases and sales, contributions in real estate funds, development transactions and in the management and coordination of complex domestic and cross-border portfolio transactions, in all asset classes, including logistics, office, hospitality & leisure (including camping), residential, student housing and retail.
Throughout his career, Francesco has also assisted clients in the management, commercializaton and development of their real estate assets, in connection with corporate leases and rentals, private contracts, management agreements and all types of real estate service contracts.
Paris
Inès is involved in public contracts, notably concession and PPP contracts for major projects. She assists public operators and consortiums in the award of these contracts, from the bidding phase to the post-award phase, and during the performance phase.
Her practice also covers energy law, in particular renewable energies, as well as regulatory issues relating to regulated activities. Inès regularly advises operators on complex issues relating to connection to electricity distribution and transmission networks. She also advises operators, sponsors and lenders on project development and M&A transactions for wind and solar assets and methanization.
Inès advises and also handles litigation in these sectors.
Prior to joining Orrick, Inès gained significant experience working as a project finance lawyer for a major construction company, then as a lawyer for a French law firm.

Anne is a member of teams representing product liability clients that include a Fortune 500 chemical company, a European pharmaceutical distributor, and a key defendant in asbestos litigation across the country. She is experienced in matters involving a wide variety of issues, including medical monitoring, stream of commerce liability (including across international borders), premises liability, and successor liability.
Anne also works with Orrick's Public Policy group assisting clients with developing strategies to solve high-stakes issues in state legislatures, and with state Attorneys General. Anne works with teams representing clients that include the country's biggest telecommunications company and an industry-leading satellite TV company.
