Jason serves as a trusted advisor to founders, emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and other strategic investors in a wide array of corporate matters in connection with planning and executing a variety of transactions. Jeremy D. Sherer Partner

Jeremy advises clients on the full range of regulatory health care issues facing digital health stakeholders. His depth and breadth of experience enables him to help established and early-stage companies navigate a complex and ever-changing business and regulatory landscape.
