Andre represents multinational corporations in anti-corruption enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the UK's Serious Fraud Office (SFO). Andre's practice also entails conducting internal investigations with a focus on potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
During law school, Andre interned for the SEC's Trial Unit and DOJ's Criminal Fraud Section. Andre also served as a Student Attorney for Georgetown Law's Juvenile Justice Clinic, which involved the representation of juveniles charged with felonies in D.C. Superior Court.
Emin Guseynov is a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance Group, based in New York.
Emin’s practice focuses on advising direct lenders in connection with a variety of finance transactions, including leveraged acquisitions and corporate financings. He also advises investment banks and other lending institutions in leveraged finance, marketplace lending and structured finance transactions. In addition, Emin represents Orrick’s corporate clients in connection with corporate finance transactions, project financings and debtor in possession financings.
Prior to joining Orrick, Emin was an associate at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP
