Mike Delikat Partner Employment Law & Litigation, Whistleblower & Corporate Investigations

Michael Delikat, a partner in the New York office, serves as Chair of Orrick’s Global Employment Law Practice, which has employment law teams in the European Union, Asia as well as the United States.

He also is the founder of the firm’s Whistleblower Task Force. He previously served as the Managing Director of Orrick’s Litigation Division.

Under Mike's leadership, Orrick’s Employment Law & Litigation group was recently named Labor & Employment Department of the Year in California for the fourth consecutive year by The Recorder, the premier source for legal news, in recognition of their significant wins on behalf of leading multinational companies on today’s most complex and challenging employment law matters. Marco Dell'Antonia Partner M&A and Private Equity, Corporate Governance

Marco Dell'Antonia, a partner in the Milan office, is a member of the European Corporate Group. Marco has a specific experience in local and cross-border M&A transactions, commercial contracts, general corporate and corporate governance.

He advises primary Italian and international banks, financial institutions and major Italian and multinational corporations, working on complex corporate transactions including banking, industrial and manufacturing clients.

Marco's expertise is recognized by Italian and international clients in the field of corporate governance in general and in particular in the application of the Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 relating to the criminal liability of legal entities deriving from specific crimes identified by the decree.

Marco assists or is member of a substantial number of Vigilance Bodies of companies (also listed and regulated).

Karen Dempsey, a partner in Orrick's San Francisco office, is a member of the Corporate Group. She works with a broad range of public and private companies, venture capital firms and investment banks.

Karen is involved in a full range of corporate legal projects for high growth technology companies including venture financings, public offerings, public company securities law compliance matters and mergers and acquisitions. She also regularly advises public companies and board of directors on corporate governance issues. Karen's clients include private and public companies in the biotechnology, real estate, finance and Internet related industries. Cristina Denaro is an Italian qualified lawyer, Associate at Orrick in the Rome Office and member of the M&A and Private Equity Group.

Cristina provides advice and legal assistance in administrative proceedings and in the courts, to national and foreign operators, public and private, public and private in the field of public works, services and supplies. She deals with the preparation of all the acts of public procedures (invitations, notices, letters of invitation, etc.) and assists in the early stages of pre-qualification, tendering and execution of contracts. Ed Denny is head of Orrick’s London tax department. Ed supports domestic and cross-border corporate and finance practices. He focuses on the tax aspects of corporate finance transactions and structures, including mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies.
