Alessandro Accrocca is an Italian qualified lawyer and Partner in the Finance Group, based in the Milan office. He has strong experience in structured finance, banking law and banking regulation law.
In particular, he has participated in a wide number of transactions, such as debt, equity and structured products issues, securitisations, covered bonds, debt restructuring and derivatives, advising both domestic and international leading clients.
In 2005 – 2008, he worked as director in the Legal Group in London for UBS Limited, covering all legal matters connected with the business carried out by the bank in Italy.
Charles Adams, Jr., is the former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to the Republic of Finland (2015-2017) and Global Head of Orrick's International Arbitration Practice Group based in Geneva.
Charles' experience spans four decades at the highest levels of international dispute resolution, in more than 300 international arbitration proceedings as counsel and chairman or party-arbitrator in arbitral fora all over the world.
Charles also has 10 years’ membership on the Board of Trustees of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
Ian Adams is a public policy attorney in Orrick's Sacramento offices. He advises clients on matters at the intersection of law, business and public policy with a focus on highly-automated vehicle technologies and insurance.

in his career, Ian was associate vice president of government affairs with the R Street Institute, where he coordinated the think tank's outreach and engagement at the federal,
state and local levels. He was also a Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellow with the office of
California State Assemblyman Curt Hagman, R-Chino Hills, while Hagman served as
vice chairman of the California Assembly Insurance Committee, and served as
a legislative aide with the office of Oregon state Rep. Bruce Hanna, R-Roseburg,
who was then co-speaker of the Oregon House of Representatives. Ian has also worked
as a law clerk for California’s largest insurance trade association.
Ian is a graduate of Seattle University, with bachelor's degrees in history and philosophy, and received his law degree from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the California and Illinois bars.

Amy Adovasio is a member of the Orrick Analytics group. The group specializes in using technology and project management discipline to assist firm attorneys with litigation and transactional tasks, particularly tasks that involve large volumes of data and documents.
Amy works with litigation attorneys and third party vendors to manage the review and production of documents relevant to investigations and litigation. This work includes using early case assessment technology to analyze, categorize and cull data. She also manages teams of specialists performing document review, redaction, analysis, production and drafting privilege logs. Amy assists the litigation team to prepare for trial, including drafting deposition summaries, factual memoranda and exhibit charts. She also works with practice office attorneys on transactional tasks, including contract review and due diligence.
Prior to joining Orrick, Amy was a law clerk for the Honorable Edwin M. Kosik at the United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania and a pro se law clerk at the United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Jonelle advises clients on a broad range of cross-border transactions and domestic matters. She provides advice to companies across a variety of sectors including technology, telecommunications, energy, and retail on general commercial, intellectual property, IT and data privacy issues.
Prior to joining Orrick, Jonelle spent time as a Technology, Media and Telecoms Associate for an international law firm and also gained experience working for a boutique intellectual property firm.
Jonelle has previously undertaken a virtual secondment at an international oil and gas company where she assisted with general commercial contracts and queries.

Eileen Aghnami, a Managing Associate with our Intellectual Property Group. Her practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark and copyright counseling and prosecution, advising on branding strategies, and resolving trademark and copyright related disputes and litigation.
Prior to joining Orrick, Eileen worked as an associate for a boutique intellectual property law firm in the Los Angeles area. Her practice focused on U.S. and international patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, counseling, and litigation as well as filing UDRP Complaints and handling Internet Domain Name disputes and cybersquatting related matters.
Eileen also worked as a civil/field engineer for a General Contractor based in California and Hawaii, prior to attending law school.
Natasha Ahmed is an associate in our Technology Companies Group in London. Before moving into private practice, Natasha spent 5 years in the in-house legal team of a global brand management company.Natasha advises clients on cross-border transactions and domestic matters, providing general commercial, intellectual property, IT and data privacy advice across a broad range of sectors including technology, telecommunications, energy, and retail.

Jae-Hyon’s practice focuses on international energy and infrastructure projects representing key stakeholders including, sponsors, lenders and export credit agencies.
Jae-Hyon also regularly advises financial institutions and major international companies in connection with various complex cross border financing matters, including bank, structured and asset finance transactions.
Prior to joining Orrick's Tokyo office, Jae-Hyon was a member of Orrick's Finance group in New York. He also worked at another major international law firm in Tokyo.
Ben is a member of Orrick's Litigation Group and Supreme Court and Appellate practice.
Ben's work spans a wide range of subject areas, including constitutional, administrative, and immigration law. He also maintains an active pro bono practice and participates in the Housing Right to Counsel partnership between Orrick, Legal Aid, and Bread for the City.
Ben previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas B. Griffith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and to the Honorable Randolph D. Moss of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Ben graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he participated in the school's Supreme Court Litigation Clinic among other activities. Before law school, Ben was a high school English teacher in Philadelphia and worked for an education policy nonprofit in Washington, D.C.
Helen’s practice focuses on project development and financing in the renewable energy sector.
During her time at Berkeley Law, Helen worked as a summer legal intern in the Administrative Law Judge Division of the California Public Utilities Commission, as a senior business analyst with Pacific Gas and Electric Company and as a legal trainee at Positive Planet UK.
Prior to law school, she led programs with state and local governments and ratepayer-funded energy efficiency programs to advance the adoption of clean technologies, including battery storage, virtual power plants, commercial and industrial lighting and advanced building control systems.
Walter counsels private and public companies in their roles as sponsors, investors, lenders, and borrowers in energy and infrastructure projects.
His experience includes drafting and negotiating documentation specific to project finance, tax equity finance, bond offerings, and general corporate matters.
Jesse Albani, a managing associate in the San Francisco office, is a member of the Public Finance Department.
Jesse has experience on a broad spectrum of tax-exempt and taxable financings, including advising issuers, developers and lenders on financings for single family and multifamily housing developments, charter schools, solid waste disposal facilities and general governmental obligations.
