Stacy is recognized as a leading cross border technology companies advisor, specializing in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and operational growth strategies.

Stacy works closely with founders and venture capitalists in the US and the UK on the formation, operations, fundraising and successful exits of technology and other venture-backed companies. Leveraging a unique professional background of time spent (i) in private practice in the US and the UK and (ii) as head of legal at a fast growing digital media company, Stacy uses her legal experience, business acumen, creativity and professional network to help entrepreneurs build great companies, avoid and resolve problems and maintain strong investor relations.

Stacy advises companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle (formation, venture capital raises, joint ventures and exits). While the focus of Stacy’s practice is to represent European companies in obtaining funding from US institutional investors and represent institutional investors’ investment in European companies with comparable US venture capital deal terms, her practice also includes cross border M&A transactions and representing European companies in their commercial licensing and partnership transactions.

Stacy also has deep experience in “flipping” UK companies to the US, and facilitating SEIS and EIS investments in US companies.

In addition to her practice, Stacy dedicates time to advancing and promoting women professionally in the UK technology sector.
