Regardless of the client, he crafts collaborative solutions that bring clarity and create value. He has successfully piloted domestic and cross-border transactions through a labyrinth of jurisdictional and regulatory hurdles. He has helped early-stage startup founders sell a passion project, worked through the intricacies of establishing a mainland China joint venture and closed deals ranging in value from $4.5 million to $67 billion, the largest pure technology deal to date. 

Before joining Orrick, Danny was an associate at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
