Jason B. Ervin is a litigation associate in Orrick's New York office. He has experience in both federal and state courts, and has represented a broad range of clients across a wide array of complex commercial matters, white collar investigations, and bankruptcy disputes.

Jason also maintains a robust pro bono practice, and has represented clients in multiple human rights matters, anti-discrimination actions, and immigration proceedings.  

During law school, Jason served as Note Editor of the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy and Executive Editor of the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum, and participated in two clinics, the Duke Law Health Justice Clinic, and the Duke Law HIV/AIDS Policy Clinic. He also served as President of three student organizations, OutLaw, the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and the Coalition Against Gendered Violence, clerked in Litigation department of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and spent a semester abroad at Bocconi University in Milan.
