Chris Richart has 15 years of experience handling appeals and litigation in federal and state court and arbitrations. His practice is predominately patent litigation and general civil appellate work.

His appellate experience includes appeals to the Texas intermediate appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Seventh and Federal Circuits.
