Orrick’s Real Estate Group is one of the most active firms in the United States in representing buyers and sellers of real estate. The firm advises pension funds and pension fund advisors in real estate investments, and represents on a regular basis several of the most active such investors and advisors. In addition, the Real Estate Group regularly represents numerous other institutional investors and investment funds in real estate acquisition work, including several of the major life insurance companies investing for their own account and advisory accounts, and a variety of foreign individuals and companies involved in U.S. investments and financings.
