The Italian Practice of Orrick’s Financial Markets Group acts as legal adviser to public entities and banks and financial institutions in transactions concerning healthcare, tax receivables and non-performing loans (NPLs).
Securitisation and Structured Finance

Orrick’s Italian Financial Markets lawyers advise on the securitisation of different asset classes, including residential and commercial mortgage loans, financial leases, consumer loans, non-performing loans and personal loans. We also handle repackaging transactions and transactions involving supranational institutions like the European Central Bank and the European Investment Bank.
