Join Orrick from Heller Ehrman’s VLG

MENLO PARK, CA. – Orrick, Herrington
& Sutcliffe LLP announced today that four additional partners
from Heller Ehrman's Venture Law Group will join the firm
shortly. Partners Don Keller, Tom Tobiason, Mark Windfeld-Hansen
and Mitch Zuklie will join Orrick's Silicon Valley office
as part of Orrick's Emerging Companies Group, a multi-disciplinary,
international group of 75 lawyers focused on this market segment.
They each joined Heller from Venture Law Group when the two
firms merged in 2003.

& Sutcliffe LLP announced today that five partners from
the Venture Law Group of Heller Ehrman will join the firm
by the end of the month. These prominent technology-sector
lawyers are joining Orrick's established emerging companies
practice, which will be called the "Orrick Emerging Companies
Group," a multi-disciplinary, international group of
approximately 70 lawyers representing emerging growth companies
and the venture capitalists and investment banks that support
them. Orrick's emerging company clients have access to a network
of more than 700 Orrick transactional and litigation lawyers
in 14 offices around the world. More than ever, emerging companies
require the support of a broad-service, international law
firm as they conduct business and resolve disputes.
