China Practice — Media and Entertainment

Our China Team advises a broad variety of domestic and international clients in the media and entertainment fields. The team has experience in international and domestic film financing, tax planning, copyright, trademark and patent matters, and a wide range of media and entertainment transactions and litigation. Our China lawyers work closely with Intellectual Property law colleagues to monitor the burgeoning areas of emerging technologies, new media and the convergence of entertainment, telecommunications and the Internet, as well as the development of China's domestic market access and liberalizing investment laws.
