Los Angeles Office

Orrick's Los Angeles office, established in 1985, is located in one of the city’s most architecturally notable towers, designed by the architect Cesar Pelli.  The office’s focus is on three core areas: corporate law (including real estate), financing (including private and public financing, structured finance, energy and project finance), and litigation (with an emphasis on high stakes litigation, securities litigation, intellectual property and employment law).

With more than 50 resident lawyers, Orrick's Los Angeles office provides legal services to clients in a broad spectrum of industry sectors, including financial services, municipalities and government, entertainment and media, real estate, telecommunications, energy, and utilities. We work with these clients within the context of their unique business goals in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances, and bankruptcy and debt restructuring, in addition to resolving any complex litigation.

Across the firm, seamless client service is Orrick’s number one goal.  When needed, our Los Angeles lawyers can call on the substantial resources of Orrick's other U.S., European, and Asian offices to provide clients with the kind of comprehensive expertise and support they need for their domestic and international transactions.
