UCLA's Anderson School of Management offers a 3-day corporate governance training program for directors. Orrick partner Dan Tyukody will speak on the topic of the SEC and disclosures, and the opening night (May 12th) dinner features the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Director of Enforcement, Linda C.
