Bryce Baker

Bryce Baker, an associate in Orrick's San Francisco office, is a member of the Intellectual Property Group.  His practice focuses primarily on patent and trade secret litigation.  Mr. Baker has represented clients in the software, telecommunications, and medical devices industries.    

Before joining the firm, Mr. Baker was an associate at Heller Ehrman.  He also worked as a development chemist for a diagnostics manufacturer, as an associate scientist for two start-up biotechnology companies, and as a developer in the electronic games industry.    

Representative Engagements:

  • Ariba v. Emptoris (E.D. Tex.).  Represented Ariba in patent infringement litigation involving online auction technology.
