Bill Doyle, a partner in the San Francisco and Seattle offices, is a member of the firm’s Public Finance Department. He practices exclusively in the area of municipal finance, and has broad experience as both bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel. He concentrates in public power, airport, transit, parking, convention center, arena, other enterprise and lease revenue bond financings, certificate of participation financings, and related securities laws and disclosure issues.
Mr. Doyle’s clients include major issuers and underwriters in California and the Pacific Northwest.
