Dr. Peter Braun, an of counsel in Orrick's Frankfurt office, is a member of the Global Finance Group. 

Dr. Braun’s practice focuses on national and international matters of public procurement law, privatizations, public private partnerships (PPP) and regulatory compliance.

The following are some of his more notable engagements.

  • Federal Ministry of Finance on a complex IT-project.
  • Ministry of Finance of Hesse on four complex PPP projects, which comprised the design, financing and private operation of agencies for ground management (project volume €40 million).
  • Land Saxony-Anhalt on the award of an IT-contract for the introduction of a Personnel Management System (PMS).
  • Various clients in conducting internal investigations, setting up codes of ethics and general compliance matters.
