Joel Stark

Joel Stark, an associate in Orrick's Beijing office, is a member of the Corporate Group.  Mr. Stark's practice focuses on corporate finance as well as general corporate, commercial and intellectual property law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stark clerked in the in-house legal department of a company based in Iowa.  He also clerked in the Beijing, China, office of a major Asian law firm.
