Flavie Guittet, an associate in the Paris office, is a member of the Employment Group.
Her practice includes all issues relating to employment law, including advising on litigation and non contentions matters. Her practice focuses in particular on audits, drafting of employment contract and questions relating to individual and collective consequences of transfers of business from one employer to another.
Prior to joining the firm, Flavie Guittet was an intern in the employment practice of Flichy et Associés where she worked in the entire area of labour law, both domestic and international. Before this, Flavie received a Ph.D. and taught civil and employment law at the Montesquieu Bordeaux IV University.
