Al B. Sawyers

Al Sawyers, a partner in the New York office, is co-head of the firm's Financial Markets Practice.  His practice focuses on the creation of derivative securities; structured financial products; and repackaged asset-backed, corporate and municipal securities.  He represents issuers and underwriters in the issuance of credit-linked notes, collateralized bond obligations, synthetic convertible bonds and synthetic money market eligible securities.  He also works with clients entering into various swap agreements, such as interest rate, credit default, currency and equity swaps.
