Carine, who is a graduate of the Paris II Panthéon-Athas Law Faculty and the New York University School of Law, is admitted to the Bars of Paris and the State of New York.
She joined Orrick Rambaud Martel in April 2007, after three years with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Her native language is French and she speaks fluent English.
Carine is a member of the Finance and Real Estate groups. Her practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and financing. Carine has been involved in a number of LBO financing operations, real estate portfolio financing and securitization, as advisor to the arrangers or the borrowers.
