Sunny Su, an associate in Orrick's Beijing office, is a member of Orrick's China-focused Intellectual Property Group. Ms. Su has been practicing intellectual property rights prosecution and enforcement in China since 2000.
Ms. Su has counseled domestic and international clients on a range of intellectual property issues and is skilled in infringement litigation in China. She represents clients for legal and administrative proceedings. She has extensive experience in trademark, domain name, copyright and trade secret.
Ms. Su has attended a series of professional trainings sponsored by the Chinese Trademark Office in trademark law and the Justice Bureau in relevant laws. Further, she attended several training courses held by All China Lawyers Association (ACLA). As a result, she is knowledgeable on the new developments and trends relating to intellectual property.
