Keith Cheung

Mr. Keith Cheung, a senior associate in Orrick's Hong Kong office, is a member of the Corporate Group.  He primarily focuses on corporate finance and has experience acting for issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings of securities on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  He also advises listed issuers on general compliance and other corporate transactions.
