Donna Healy, of counsel in the
Hong Kong office, is a member of the Financial Markets Group.
Ms. Healy has been based in Hong Kong since 2004, and prior to joining Orrick in 2007, was an associate at two leading international firms in Hong Kong and London.
She regularly advises borrowers and lenders in relation to general banking and finance transactions, and arrangers, originators, trustees and rating agencies in relation to financial markets transactions.
Ms. Healy's Asia-Pacific finance experience includes the following.
- Advising lenders and arrangers on multiple cross-border real estate financings in China.
- Advising lenders and borrowers in relation to syndicated and bi-lateral loan facilities and pre-IPO loan facilities.
Ms. Healy has advised on the following high-profile structured finance transactions.
