Nell Scott

Nell Scott is an associate in the London office and a member of the European Corporate group.  Her practice includes a broad range of U.S. and cross border capital markets transactions involving U.S. and foreign issuers.  Ms. Scott also has significant experience with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate and U.S. securities law advice.  Ms. Scott’s clients have included major investment banks and financial institutions as well as U.S. and foreign corporations and sovereign issuers throughout the world. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Scott was an associate in the Washington office of Covington & Burling LLP and the New York office of Clifford Chance US LLP and a legal assistant in the Moscow office of Baker & McKenzie - CIS, Limited.
