Kent Goss is a partner in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Goss is a trial lawyer with twenty years of experience in large complex commercial and intellectual property matters. His practice is wide-ranging in the commercial area and includes the prosecution and defense of contract, real property, and trade secret matters, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, terminations of distributors and sales representatives, labor claims and acting as outside counsel in government investigations.
Mr. Goss also handles intellectual property litigation matters including trademark infringement, copyright infringement, patent infringement, defamation, licensing, misappropriation of trade secrets, and right of publicity claims. Mr. Goss' clients include Fortune 100 and 500 companies, equity funds, consumer electronic companies, professional athletes, actors, entertainment companies, toy companies, clothing companies and department stores, start-up companies, technology-based companies, manufacturing concerns and homeowners' associations.
