Zeno Baucus is a managing associate in the firm's Washington, DC office, specializing in complex civil litigation, regulatory investigations, securities enforcement and litigation, antitrust matters, and corporate criminal defense. He has successfully argued in federal court motion hearings, taken numerous depositions, managed complex discovery efforts, designed and managed international investigations, negotiated with federal regulators, coordinated defense efforts in multiple defendant matters and zealously advocated for clients in state court trial proceedings.
Mr. Baucus has represented individual and corporate clients in federal and state litigation, private arbitrations and investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. He has counseled and defended clients from various industries, including accounting and auditing firms, pharmaceutical corporations, international air cargo carriers, financial firms, energy and technology companies, and consumer product manufacturers. Mr. Baucus also has extensive investigative, compliance and enforcement experience with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and False Claims Act matters.
