Aaron Rubin is an associate in Orrick's New York office and a member of the Litigation Group. He was a summer associate at Orrick in 2006.
Since arriving at Orrick, Aaron has focused his practice on trademark, unfair competition, copyright and intellectual property litigation. His representative matters include:
- Capitol Records, LLC v. VideoEgg, Inc. (S.D.N.Y.), representing an online video and media hosting company in a copyright infringement suit;
- Adamovich v. ABC Family Worldwide, Inc. (E.D.N.Y.), representing the ABC Family channel in a trademark infringement dispute;
- Belair v. MGA Entertainment, Inc. (S.D.N.Y.), representing the manufacturer of Bratz® dolls in a copyright infringement dispute;
- Finkel v. Facebook, Inc. (N.Y. Sup. Ct.), obtaining a complete dismissal on behalf of Facebook in a libel and defamation suit.
