Aaron Rubin is an associate in Orrick's New York office and a member of the Litigation Group. He was a summer associate at Orrick in 2006.
Since arriving at Orrick, Aaron has focused his practice on trademark, unfair competition, copyright and intellectual property litigation. His representative matters include:
- Ali Wing, Inc. v. netFocal, Inc. (S.D.N.Y.), representing a children’s retail store in a trademark infringement;
- Carole Shiber Designs v. Elrene Home (S.D.N.Y.), representing a manufacturer of placemats and home accessories in a trademark and copyright infringement dispute;
- Capitol Records, LLC v. VideoEgg, Inc. (S.D.N.Y.), representing an online video and media hosting company in a copyright infringement suit; and
- Finkel v. Facebook, (N.Y. Sup. Ct.), representing Facebook in a libel and defamation suit.
