Kristen R. Fournier, a senior associate in Orrick’s New York office, is a member of the Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings, including accountants liability, securities-related matters and products liability. Ms. Fournier has represented clients at trials in both federal and state courts, in arbitrations before various bodies and before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Ms. Fournier is a member of the Orrick team representing PwC in a series of actions alleging federal securities fraud and audit malpractice in connection with the failure of Lipper Convertibles, a hedge fund.
- Union Carbide Corporation. Ms. Fournier is a member of the Orrick team acting as National Counsel and litigation counsel to the Union Carbide Corporation in connection with asbestos-related personal injury lawsuits.
Before joining Orrick, Ms. Fournier was an associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman where she was a member of their commercial litigation department.
