Dominique Bordes, partner in the Paris office, is a member of the European Litigation Group where he focuses on commercial, corporate, banking, securities and merger and acquisition matters before the French courts. He is also involved in mergers and acquisitions work and has handled sensitive acquisition transactions.
Mr. Bordes has been involved and has lead associate teams in some of the most important and renowned litigation cases in France, for the French government, for banks or investment funds, for audit firms and for industrial companies.
Mr. Bordes also leads the pro bono practice in the Paris office. In this role, he works actively for WWF, ADREC (Association pour le Développement de la Recherche sur le Cerveau et la moëlle épinière) and ICM (Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle épinière).
Before joining Orrick, Mr. Bordes was a senior associate at Rambaud Martel, where he was a member of the litigation department.
