Yan Zeng

Yan Zeng, a senior associate in Orrick's Hong Kong office, is a member of the Corporate Group. 

Her practice focuses on China and offshore aspects of China foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, cross-border financing of foreign invested enterprises, corporate governance and tax planning.

Ms. Zeng's experience includes working for a number of years in Shenzhen-based management positions.  She joined the Los Angeles office of Coudert Brothers in 2004, moved to its Hong Kong office in early 2005, and transitioned with that office to Orrick in late 2005.
