Linda Rosenthal, a senior associate in the New York office, is a member of the Litigation Group. Ms. Rosenthal has significant experience litigating in both federal and state courts. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract and other business disputes, as well as on products liability, accountants liability and regulatory and internal investigations. Before joining Orrick, Ms. Rosenthal was a staff attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights where she litigated constitutional cases. Prior to that she was a Georgetown Women's Law and Public Policy Fellow, where she litigated employment cases at the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights.
Ms. Rosenthal is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court (2000), the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals (1997), the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (2004), and federal district courts including S.D.N.Y. (2002), E.D. Mich. (2000), and S.D. Ind. (1998).
