Mr. Gerry, a partner based in Orrick's Paris office, is a member of the Real Estate Group.
Mr. Gerry's practice focuses on real estate matters. He has considerable experience in all the areas relating to real estate transactions, such as planning, construction, property law, leasing, financing, corporate and fund structuring (private equity structure and more recently for public companies), asset management, acquisition and disposal of real estate assets (asset deals and corporate deals), and cross border transactions such as pan-European sale and lease back transactions. Mr. Gerry's practice covers all types of real estate assets, such as retail, office buildings and shopping centers. Mr. Gerry also advises on transactions regarding light industrial and logistic assets, in which he has considerable experience, advising several major players on the French market, such as Industrial Securities, LaSalle, Kenmore, Kwik Fit/Speedy, Mansford, Parkridge, Fidelity and Panattoni.
Mr. Gerry was formerly an associate in the real estate department of the Paris office of Clifford Chance and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
