M. Todd Scott

M. Todd Scott, a managing associate in the San Francisco office, is a member of the Securities Litigation Group. Mr. Scott's practice focuses on securities class actions, derivative suits and governmental investigations. Mr. Scott also has extensive experience litigating shareholder claims and appraisal actions arising from mergers and other business combinations. 

Representative cases include: In re nVidia Corporation Securities Litigation, (N.D. Cal.); Dolan v. Callidus Software Inc., (N.D. Cal.); and Seinfeld v. Intel Corp, et al. (D. Del.). 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Scott was an associate at the San Francisco office of Clifford Chance US LLP.
