Sushila Nayak, a senior associate in the New York office, is a member of the Financial Markets Group.
She has represented issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in connection with the issuance and restructuring of various structured finance products, derivatives transactions and debt offerings in Europe and the United States. Among other recent transactions, Ms. Nayak has also represented a private equity fund investing in emerging market companies and a European telecommunications company in its formation of a new joint venture to be listed on the NYSE.
