Jean-Marc Zampa, a partner in the Paris office, is a member of the Global Finance Group. Jean-Marc developed his practice on complex financial transactions, including secured and unsecured syndicated loan transactions, acquisition finance, bond and debt transactions, asset finance, renewable energy projects, Public Private Partnerships, export finance, distressed-debt-related transactions and debt restructurings. He has strong experience in structured and tax-advantaged financings, domestic and cross border leasing and is recognized as a leading lawyer in sophisticated finance transactions for entities in the maritime industry. Jean-Marc represents major European investment banks and other financial institutions as well as major European companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zampa was a senior associate at Watson, Farley & Williams, an in-house lawyer with the Structured Finance team of HSBC CCF Investment Bank, and an M&A lawyer at Arthur Andersen.
