Marija joined Orrick as an associate in September 2006 specialising in structured finance.

I joined Orrick in September 2006, as a newly qualified solicitor in the European Finance department choosing to specialise in structured finance, and have enjoyed every moment of it. Our practice is dynamic, friendly and extremely intellectually challenging. We have a close team of junior, mid, and senior level associates as well as four partners who specialise in different areas of Finance, ensuring that our work ranges from asset and acquisition finance to securitisation and advising CDO vehicles. The technicalities of some of the tasks have meant that I have undergone a steep learning curve, but have luckily received both professional and personal support throughout.
