I chose Orrick primarily because of the Firm's well established reputation as a legal provider and its position as a sensitive and forward thinking employer. I was also attracted by the Firm's range of practice areas and I was interested by the fact that some of the Firm's work is international in nature.

I was impressed by the Firm's training programme and the fact that I would be given a high level of responsibility from the start of my training contract. I was also impressed by the Firm's focus on encouraging high quality work in a relaxed, professional environment. I wanted to work for a Firm with this clear focus.
