One of the factors foremost in my mind when selecting a potential employer was the opportunity to take responsibility early on. Therefore, I was especially impressed by the fact that Orrick provides its trainees with the opportunity to actively participate in projects from day one. I also was extremely interested in beginning my career at the firm that has a well-known international practice, and therefore Orrick's exceptional worldwide reputation attracted me.

The excellently organised Open Day event I attended at Orrick provided me with more in-depth information about the practice areas of the firm and the working life culture from an inside perspective. It was a great chance to be introduced to the highly skilled professional people at Orrick and experience the warm atmosphere of the firm.
