Prior experience in a major international law firm is highly desired. Strong English language skills and fluency in Mandarin are required.
Intellectual Property
 Minimum 6-7 years Of Counsel/Partner for our growing Intellectual Property Group in Beijing. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in IP rights, IP prosecution and enforcement in China, Hong Kong and the United States. An advanced background in a science discipline is especially valued. The candidate must have a U.S. Patent and Trademark qualification. Practice Group Years of Experience Background Desired
Funds Partner We are looking for an individual or a funds team to join us. Someone with a strong reputation and experience in the practice of funds. The candidate should cover Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate Funds and other forms of funds structure. The candidate must also be a team player and willing to work with the existing lawyers to build a leading global funds practice.
Intellectual Property Partner We are looking to develop our IP practice. Candidates should ideally have contentious experience but individuals with some non-contentious experience is desirable. Multiple case experience required and a trademark/patent focus (HARD IP). We will consider candidates who don't have much litigation experience as we have a litigation team who can support them.
