Global Finance	2-5 years	We're looking for candidates with experience in infrastructure transactions, preferably with a project finance or M&A background. The ideal candidate would have worked on renewable and other power projects and infrastructure projects, with experience with financing documents (bank loans, bond offerings, etc.). Corporate or finance lawyers with an interest in the infrastructure and energy sectors could likely be trained without too much difficulty.
