Amisha R. Patel Partner

Amisha partners closely with in-house counsel to develop litigation and communications strategies that advance clients’ business objectives while mitigating downstream legal and reputational risk. She has achieved outstanding results – both in and outside of the courtroom – for clients across the technology, finance, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals industries.

Her practice includes all aspects of class action and civil litigation in state and federal courts, including appeals, as well as private arbitration, mass arbitrations, and mediation. She has also represented companies and individuals before various regulatory and enforcement agencies, including the DOJ and SEC.

Amisha leverages her courtroom experience to advise clients on mitigating litigation risk, particularly on the use of tracking technologies, cookies and pixels. She is particularly well-versed in issues relating to consumer consent.

Amisha maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and civil rights issues.

She previously taught at The George Washington University Law School as an adjunct professor in the Scholarly Writing Program.
