Kolvin Stone is a partner in the London office focusing on intellectual property, technology and commercial transactions. Kolvin advises on commercial law, intellectual property law, technology law, privacy law and online regulation for consumer facing organisations. He provides strategic counselling on areas such as global e-commerce and the exploitation of intellectual property, digital content and technology.

Kolvin regularly negotiates, drafts and advises on complex commercial agreements and technology transactions, often on a cross-border basis, including advising on technology licences, content licences and digital distribution agreements, SaaS agreements, supply, distribution and development agreements, services agreements, franchise agreements, terms of business and outsourcing agreements. He also advises on the IP issues related to acquisitions, fundraisings and investments.

Kolvin works with companies in many different sectors including e-commerce, technology enabled services, outsourcing, fashion, cloud computing, software, hardware, technology infrastructure and digital media.
