Jeremy Raphael, a managing associate in Orrick's New York office, is a member of the Technology Companies Group. Jeremy represents technology startups, founders and venture capital firms in many areas, including company formation, corporate governance and securities law, angel investments and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and technology licensing.
Jeremy serves as a guest lecturer and affiliate attorney for the University of Michigan Law School Entrepreneurship Clinic.
Prior to joining Orrick, Jeremy was a corporate associate and a summer associate in the New York office of Andrews Kurth LLP. There, his practice focused on New York-based startups and venture capital funds, where he advised on more than 25 early-stage financings and mergers and acquisitions.
