Shane is a member of our team representing financial institutions in complex, high-value litigation involving mortgage-backed securities in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. An experienced litigator, Shane also has represented institutional lenders and private-equity funds in commercial foreclosure proceedings and complex contractual disputes involving the investment banking, real estate, healthcare, and tech sectors, guiding clients through every stage of litigation.
Prior to joining Orrick, Shane served for more than 12 years as an active-duty JAG, excelling in a variety of litigation and leadership roles. She deployed to Afghanistan as part of a small multinational team tasked with mentoring the Afghan National Army. As a senior defense counsel, Shane led a team of Air Force criminal defense attorneys in Europe and first-chaired more than 40 fully litigated felony jury trials, ranging from premeditated murder to computer crimes. She also has significant experience defending federal agencies in employment discrimination matters.
Shane has a robust pro bono practice, where she focuses on LGBTQ+ and veterans issues.
Camille has represented public companies and other large national and multinational enterprises in financial services-related litigation, including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, in federal and state court proceedings across the country. Defending and advising companies with class action lawsuits against consumer protection claims, including one of the world's largest investment management firms in connection with multiple consumer class action lawsuits across state and federal jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Orrick, Camille served as a law clerk to Justice Anne M. Patterson of the New Jersey Supreme Court. With her New Jersey connections, Camille has remained active in the New Jersey bar, advising and acting as local counsel in a number of pending complex litigation matters in New Jersey state and federal courts.
Camille is active in pro bono matters, including representing veterans. She has represented clients in partnership with the National Veterans Legal Services Program and Veterans Advocacy Project.
Camille is also one of the co-chairs of the Financial Services Network for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and co-leads Orrick’s DiversAbility Network.
Carrie is a managing associate in Orrick’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Banking and Finance group. She advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, asset managers and other private and public companies on an array of financing transactions including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, private credit financings and liability management exercises and other special situations.
Jamie has comprehensive experience in capital markets transactions where he has represented issuers, underwriters and other parties in a variety of public and private offerings in the areas of equity and debt securities. He is particularly skilled at advising technology companies on their initial public offerings. Jamie has been part of some of the most well-known technology public offerings and has led or co-led offerings that have raised more than $40 billion of aggregate proceeds. In addition to his capital markets experience, Jamie advises on mergers and acquisitions, and related securities law issues. He also advises public and private companies in areas including, but not limited to compliance, SEC reporting and governance matters.
